Complete LALSuite CBC Backend Integration

Description: Ensure CBC signal generation uses LALSuite as the primary backend with proper error handling.

Tasks:

• Complete CBCSimulator implementation with LALSuite
• Add proper waveform approximants (IMRPhenomPv2, TaylorF2, etc.)
• Implement parameter validation for CBC signals
• Add support for different detector responses
• Update tests for LALSuite integration

• All major CBC waveform families supported
• Proper parameter ranges and validation
