Large numpy array dumped in metadata file

When running the gwsim/examples/noise/colored_noise_simulator/config.yaml a large numpy array is dumped in the metadata file under the pre_batch_state section. This leads to metadata files which are hardly readable and take up ~90 MB of storage each.
